THIS DAY IN HISTORY!

This day, 18th of February in 1129, Roman Emperor Fredrick II captured the city of Jerusalem. There have been series of capture and recapture between the Romans, the Christian Crusaders and the Muslims for long. The first crusaders captured Jerusalem in 1099 from the Fatimids who had recaptured it from the Romans in 1098. The Romans regained the city from the crusaders on this day in 1129!
